The Leukaemia & Blood Foundation approached DMD Internet to redevelop their existing website for their Shave for a Cure Campaign – Shave 08. The main aim of the website is to encourage people to register to Shave and of course to raise donations for the Leukaemia & Blood Foundation.

Design and implement a custom application with many unique features including the ability for users to register which gives them access to a full range of options.

Another key requirement was the site needed to encourage proactivity and provide a fun and easy user experience. Leukaemia and Blood Foundation required a full administration process to provide full control over not only the website but the users information as well.

A number of innovative technologies were used to achieve this… The custom built .net application DMD Internet supplied has provided L&B a stable, user friendly website. The site is feature rich and provides users a full range of functionality including control of their profile, ability to upload before and after photo’s and links to YouTube.
